Since 2011, I have not only been diagnosed with urticaria (hives) and Sjögren’s Syndrome but have also been identified as high-risk for Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), with many alarming markers in my blood test reports. Although I showed no obvious symptoms, in 2014, my one-month-old daughter was diagnosed with Neonatal Lupus Erythematosus (NLE). Doctors told me there was no medication to treat her condition, leaving me to find a solution on my own.

Determined to heal both myself and my daughter, I devoted myself to studying Nutritional Immunology and science-based naturopathy. As my health awareness grew significantly, I finally unlocked the "health code"—learning how to manage the "world’s best doctor": the immune system. From that moment on, I stopped worrying about my autoimmune conditions. For over a decade, I’ve remained healthy and lived a normal life without relying on any medication.

To help others struggling with autoimmune diseases—just as I once did—I made the decision to leave my full-time job as a multinational corporate manager and transition into a health educator, sharing knowledge on wellness and empowerment. I created the AIR Program (Anti-inflammatory Hacks, Immune System Balancing Code, Rebalance Autoimmune Diet), designed to help autoimmune patients befriend their immune system (AutoimmunePal), restore health through natural therapies, and embrace a medication-free, worry-free life.
