Have you tend to detox your body to bring balance back to your life?

-
Is your fear of food or strict diet creating stress for your friends and family?

If you said YES to any of those questions, you need to try Rebalance Autoimmune Diet (RAD Program).

What Is The Benefits of The RAD Program?
-
Supports the body's natural detoxification with fiber-rich foods.
-
Reduces inflammation through the inclusion of anti-inflammatory foods.
-
Increases gut microbiota diversity by consuming a wide variety of whole fruits and vegetables.
-
Reduces oxidative stress with a diet rich in antioxidants.
-
Nourishes the immune system and fosters healthy eating habits with an emphasis on plant-based foods.
What is the rules of the RAD Program?
A daily meal plan based on two simple rules:
-
Prioritize plant-based foods for at least 70% of your diet.
-
A diet rich in diverse plant foods acts as fertilizer for your beneficial gut bacteria.
-
These bacteria ferment the fiber from plants into anti-inflammatory compounds called short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs). SCFAs then strengthen the gut lining (preventing "leaky gut"), calm systemic inflammation, and directly train and regulate immune cells, leading to a more robust and balanced immune system.
-
-
Limit greasy foods and oils known to cause inflammation.
-
Foods like fries, pizza, and doughnuts are often cooked in oils that are high in Omega-6, such as corn, sunflower, or peanut oil.
-
When you eat these foods often, you overload your body with inflammation-"on" signals (Omega-6), without enough inflammation-"off" signals (Omega-3).
-
This imbalance keeps your body in a state of chronic, low-grade inflammation, which is why it's advised to limit these greasy foods.

RAD Program Is Not...
-
Not a Vegetarian Diet
-
You can still include animal-based products, but we advise limiting them to 30% of your total food intake.
-
-
Not a Food Elimination Diet
-
We encourage enjoying a wide variety of foods. In fact, the world of fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, and grains offers more diversity and flavor than you might imagine.
-
-
Not About Tasteless Food
-
You can absolutely enjoy delicious meals using oil, salt, and sugar—the key is simply to use them in moderation and fiber first.
-
-
Not a Time-Consuming Eating Plan
-
We live in a busy world, and spending hours preparing food every day is neither practical nor sustainable.
-
Why Do I Want To Develop The RAD Program?
The RAD Program has worked exceptionally well for me. For over 13 years, I have not experienced the symptoms of SLE, Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), or Sjogren's Syndrome (SS).
After sharing my RAD approach with many people, I consistently received the following feedback:
-
I don't have the time or knowledge to prepare autoimmune-friendly meals.
-
I don't know how to start and need more guidance along the way.
-
The idea of a 'no-end diet' sounds painful, as it would interfere with my enjoyment of food and disrupt my social life, especially during gatherings with family and friends."

To overcome these challenges, I developed the structured RAD Program:
-
Simplify Your Meals: We suggest a minimum 70% plant-based diet. To make this easy, we incorporate Concentrated Whole Foods (CWF), allowing you to nourish your immune system with the least amount of effort.
-
Receive Personal Guidance: You will be assigned a dedicated Genki Consultant who will guide you throughout the program. They will ensure you develop healthy eating habits without feeling overwhelmed by food choices.
-
Commit to a Flexible Program: We offer flexible program lengths from 7 to 90 days, as opposed to longer, more daunting periods. This makes building healthy habits more realistic and sustainable.
Remember, dreams of a worry-free life remain dreams unless you take action.
